2. Setup
2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Upon opening the package, verify that all components are present and undamaged. The standard package typically includes the OPPO A58 smartphone, a USB Type-C cable, and a power adapter.
2.2 Inserting SIM and SD Cards
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of your device.
- Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray to open it.
- Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards.
- Carefully push the tray back into the device until it clicks into place.

2.3 Powering On and Initial Configuration
- Press and hold the Power button (located on the right side) until the OPPO logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
- Complete the ColorOS setup process, including fingerprint or face unlock if desired.
2.4 Charging the Battery
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your device. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The device supports 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
