2. Safety Information

4. Assembly Instructions

The main parts of the tool cabinet are pre-installed. Only the wheels and side handle require assembly. Refer to the video below for a visual guide.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all protective materials are removed from the unit.
  2. Detaching Upper Chest (Optional): The upper tool chest can be detached from the lower cabinet. To do this, unlock the top chest, remove any securing pins or latches, and lift it off. If storing the upper chest inside the lower cabinet, remove the adjustable shelf first.

  4. Installing Wheels: Carefully tilt the lower cabinet onto its side. Attach the four universal wheels to the designated holes on the bottom of the cabinet using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure the two lockable wheels are installed on the front side for easy access. Tighten all fasteners securely.

  6. Attaching Side Tool Slot/Handle: Position the side tool slot/handle onto the side of the lower cabinet. Secure it with the provided hardware. This handle also serves as a convenient storage area for small tools.
  7. Adjusting Lower Cabinet Shelf: Open the lower cabinet door. The internal shelf can be adjusted to three different height levels. Remove the shelf, reposition the support pins to the desired height, and place the shelf back on the pins.

  9. Installing Removable Hooks: Insert the four removable hooks into the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the cabinet door or side panel as desired.
  10. Placing Upper Tool Chest: Carefully place the upper tool chest onto the top surface of the lower cabinet. Ensure it is aligned and stable.

5. Operating Instructions

Using Drawers:

  • All drawers feature smooth ball-bearing slides for easy opening and closing.
  • Each drawer is lined to protect tools from scratches and reduce noise.
  • Avoid overloading drawers to ensure smooth operation and prevent damage to the slides.

Locking Mechanism:

  • The upper tool chest can be locked using a padlock (not included) to secure its drawers and top tray.
  • The lower cabinet drawer also has a locking mechanism.
  • Keys are provided for the lower cabinet drawer lock.

Mobility:

  • To move the tool chest, unlock the two lockable wheels.
  • Use the side handle for easy pushing and pulling.
  • When the tool chest is in the desired location, engage the wheel locks to secure it.

  • Wheels not locking: Check if the locking mechanism on the wheels is fully engaged. Clear any debris that might be preventing proper engagement.
