Setup

Charging the Walkie Talkies

Your Inspireyes walkie talkies come with a built-in rechargeable lithium polymer battery. Before first use, fully charge all units.

Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the walkie talkie.
Plug the other end of the cable into a 5V/1A USB adapter (not included).
The battery indicator on the LCD screen will show charging status. A full charge typically provides up to 48 hours of continuous use or 7 days of standby time.

Power On/Off

To power on, press and hold the power button until the LCD screen illuminates.
To power off, press and hold the power button until the screen turns off.

Operation

Selecting Channels and Sub-Codes

Your walkie talkies operate on 22 channels and 99 sub-codes (CTCSS/DCS) to ensure clear and private communication.

Press the MENU button once to enter channel selection mode. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to select your desired channel (1-22). Press PTT to confirm or MENU to move to sub-code selection.
Press the MENU button twice to enter sub-code selection mode. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to select your desired sub-code (0-99). Press PTT to confirm.
All walkie talkies intended to communicate must be set to the same channel and sub-code.

Push-to-Talk (PTT)

To transmit your voice, press and hold the PTT button located on the left side of the walkie talkie. Speak clearly into the microphone. Release the PTT button to listen for a response.

VOX Hands-Free Communication

The Voice Operated Exchange (VOX) function allows you to transmit without pressing the PTT button.

Press the MENU button three times to enter VOX setting mode.
Use the UP/DOWN buttons to select a VOX sensitivity level (1-3, with 3 being most sensitive) or turn VOX off (OF).
Press PTT to confirm your selection. When VOX is active, the walkie talkie will automatically transmit when it detects your voice.

Flashlight and SOS Siren

To activate the built-in flashlight, press the dedicated flashlight button. Press again to turn off.
To activate the SOS siren, press and hold the SOS button. This will emit an audible alarm to alert others. Release the button to stop the siren.

The effective communication range of your walkie talkies varies based on terrain and obstructions:

Maintenance

Battery Care
