2. What's in the Box

3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, ensure the earbuds and charging case are fully charged. Remove any protective films from the charging points on the earbuds.
- USB-C Charging: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging case and a power source.
- Wireless Charging: Place the charging case on any Qi-certified wireless charging pad (not included).
The built-in dual LED power display on the case will show the charging status for both the case and individual earbuds. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
The charging case supports both wireless and USB-C charging.
3.2 Pairing with Your Device
The X19 earbuds utilize advanced Bluetooth 5.3 technology for a stable and fast connection.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for "X19".
- Select "X19" from the list of available devices to connect.
- Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.
After the first successful connection, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the charging case.

3.3 Fitting the Earbuds
For optimal sound quality and comfort, select the correct size of ear tips. Four pairs (XS, S, M, L) are included.
- Gently insert the earbud into your ear canal.
- Adjust the flexible earhook over your ear to ensure a secure and comfortable fit. The earhooks are designed to prevent slips during vigorous activity.

4.2 Single & Dual Earbud Use
The X19 earbuds support both single and dual earbud use. You can seamlessly switch between using one earbud or both, with full control functionality available on each.

4.3 Battery Life & Display
Each earbud provides up to 8 hours of listening time on a single charge. The charging case extends total playtime to an impressive 90 hours.

4.4 One-Key Reset
The charging case is equipped with a reset button to easily restore the earbuds to their factory settings. This can be useful for resolving connectivity issues or resetting customized settings.
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- Press and hold the reset button located inside the charging case until the LED indicators on the earbuds flash.
- The earbuds are now reset and ready for re-pairing.

5. Maintenance
5.1 IPX7 Waterproof Rating
The OFNEX X19 earbuds feature an IPX7 waterproof rating, providing protection against water droplets, sweat, and light rain. This makes them ideal for workouts, running, and gym sessions.
Note: While IPX7 rated, these earbuds are not designed for swimming or prolonged submersion in water. Ensure earbuds are dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage to charging points.

5.2 Cleaning and Storage
Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain optimal performance and hygiene.
- Wipe earbuds with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth after each use, especially after workouts.
- Remove ear tips and clean them with mild soap and water if necessary. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
- Keep the charging points on both the earbuds and the case clean and free of debris.
- Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
