Setup Instructions
- Unpack the Topper: Carefully remove the heated mattress topper and its components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged.
- Position on Mattress: Lay the heated mattress topper flat on your mattress. Ensure it is evenly spread and covers the desired area without any folds or creases.
- Secure with Elastic Straps: Use the elastic straps located at each corner of the topper to firmly attach it to your mattress. Pull the straps under the mattress corners to prevent the topper from shifting during use.
- Connect Controllers: Locate the connection ports on the topper and the corresponding plugs on the removable controllers. Firmly insert the controller plugs into the topper's ports. Ensure a secure connection.
- Plug into Power Outlet: Plug the power cords of the controllers into a standard 220V electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
Powering On and Adjusting Heat
- Power On: With the topper plugged in, press the power switch on the controller once. The control light for the lowest speed will flash. This indicates standby mode. If no further action is taken, the topper will automatically shut off after 10 seconds.
- Select Heating Level: To activate heating, press the power switch again. This will typically engage the 1st heating level. Continue pressing the power switch to cycle through the 4 available heating levels. The indicator lights on the controller will show the selected level.
- Dual Zone Control: Since there are two independent controllers, each user can adjust their side of the mattress topper to their preferred temperature setting.

Automatic Shut-Off
- The heated mattress topper is equipped with a 10-hour automatic shut-off function. This safety feature will turn off the heating elements after 10 hours of continuous operation.
- To restart the topper after an automatic shut-off, simply turn it off and then on again using the power switch on the controller.
Powering Off
- To turn off the heated mattress topper, press and hold the power switch on the controller for 2 seconds in any heating mode.
- Always unplug the topper from the wall outlet when not in use for extended periods.
