4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Speaker Placement

For optimal sound, place the speakers on a stable, flat surface, such as a desk or speaker stands. Position them to form an equilateral triangle with your listening position, with the tweeters at ear level. Ensure there is adequate space behind the speakers for proper airflow and cable connections.

4.2 Connecting the Speakers

  1. Connect the passive speaker to the active speaker using the provided speaker connection cable. Ensure the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on both speakers are matched correctly.
  2. Connect the power cable to the active speaker and then to a power outlet (100-240V 50/60Hz compatible).

4.3 Audio Input Connections

The MR4 speakers offer multiple input options:

  • TRS Balanced Input: For professional audio equipment like audio interfaces or mixers. Use 6.35mm TRS cables.
  • RCA Unbalanced Input: For consumer audio devices like CD players, TVs, or gaming consoles. Use RCA cables.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off and Volume Control

The main control knob on the front of the active speaker serves multiple functions:

Briefly press the main control knob to cycle through the input sources (TRS, RCA, AUX). An indicator light will change color to show the currently selected input.
