Operating Instructions
Using the Cordless Drill
The 8V cordless drill is suitable for drilling into wood and plastic, as well as for tightening and loosening screws. Its lightweight design (0.75 kg net weight) allows for easy one-handed operation.
- Select Direction: Use the forward/reverse switch located above the trigger to select the desired rotation direction. Forward (clockwise) for drilling and tightening screws, reverse (counter-clockwise) for loosening screws.
- Adjust Speed: The drill features variable speed control. Press the control trigger to adjust the speed. A lighter press results in lower speed, while a full press achieves the maximum no-load speed of 800 RPM.
- Drilling: Position the drill bit on the workpiece. Apply steady, even pressure and gradually increase speed by pressing the trigger. The built-in LED light illuminates the work area.
- Screwing: Use an appropriate screwdriver bit. Position the bit on the screw head. Apply light pressure and control the speed to avoid stripping the screw or overtightening.
