  1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Insert the filter screen into the juice bowl, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  3. Insert the auger (spiral masticating screw) into the center of the filter screen, twisting slightly until it drops into place.
  4. Attach the feeding chute assembly onto the juice bowl, aligning the marks and twisting to lock it securely. You should hear a click when it's locked.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for optimal juicing results:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces (approximately 1-2 inches) to fit the feeding chute and prevent clogging. Remove hard pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, cherries) and tough skins (e.g., pineapple, melon).
  2. Select Speed Setting: Plug in the juicer. Turn the control knob to select the appropriate speed:
    • "Soft" (Low Speed): Ideal for softer fruits and vegetables like oranges, grapes, watermelon, tomatoes, and leafy greens.
    • "Hard" (High Speed): Suitable for harder ingredients such as carrots, apples, celery, ginger, and beets.
  3. Start Juicing: Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the feeding chute. Use the food pusher only when necessary to gently guide ingredients down. Do not force ingredients.
  4. Reverse Function: If ingredients get jammed or the juicer stops, turn the knob to the "Rev" (Reverse) position for a few seconds to clear the blockage. Then, switch back to "0" (Off) before selecting a speed again.
  5. Finish Juicing: Once all ingredients are juiced, turn the control knob to "0" (Off) and unplug the appliance.

Tips for Best Results:

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your juicer. Always unplug the juicer before cleaning.

  1. Disassembly: Press the release button on the side of the feeding chute assembly and twist to unlock and remove it. Then, remove the auger and filter screen from the juice bowl.
  2. Rinse Immediately: Rinse all removable parts (feeding chute, auger, filter screen, juice bowl, juice cup, pulp container) under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
  3. Deep Cleaning: Use the provided cleaning brush to scrub the filter screen thoroughly, as small fibers can get lodged in the mesh. Wash all removable parts with warm, soapy water.
  4. Dishwasher Safe: All removable parts are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).
  5. Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
  6. Drying and Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing. Store the juicer in a clean, dry place.
