3. Setup and Assembly

Power On/Off and Suction Modes:

Emptying the Dust Cup:

Cleaning the Filters:

The Yanhama H3 features a 7-layer filtration system, including an H13 HEPA filter and an inlet filter. Clean these regularly to maintain suction power.

1. Remove the dust cup as described above.
2. Twist and pull out the HEPA filter and the inlet filter from inside the dust cup.
3. Tap the filters gently over a trash bin to remove loose dust. For a more thorough clean, rinse the filters under cool running water.
4. Important: Ensure filters are completely dry before reinserting them into the vacuum cleaner. Allow at least 24 hours for air drying.
5. Reassemble the filters and dust cup.

Cleaning the Brush Roll:

Periodically check the brush roll for tangled hair or debris.

1. Turn off the vacuum and detach the floor brush.
2. Locate the brush roll access latch on the bottom of the floor brush. Open it to remove the brush roll.
3. Use the provided cleaning tool or scissors to cut and remove any tangled hair or fibers from the brush roll.
4. Reinsert the clean brush roll and secure the access latch.
