3. Setup and Assembly

Your SmooSat PRO Electric Scooter E9 Pro comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup.

Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove the scooter and all accessories from the packaging. Check for any visible damage or missing parts. The package should include:

• Scooter unit
• Charger

• Assembly Tools (e.g., Allen wrench)

Handlebar Installation

The handlebar needs to be attached to the main stem.

1. Loosen the screw on the stem using the provided 5mm Allen wrench.
2. Place the handlebar between the loosened screw and the rod.
3. Tighten the screw firmly to secure the handlebar in place.
4. Ensure all wires are neatly tucked away and not pinched.

Adjusting Handlebar Height

2. Open the clamp and adjust the handlebar to the desired height (28 in, 32 in, or 36 in).
3. Close the clamp securely to lock the handlebar in position.

4. Operating Your Scooter

Power On/Off and Speed Modes

The scooter features an LED display and multiple speed settings.

1. To power on the scooter, long press the power button on the handlebar.
2. To change speed modes (Economical, Normal, Sport), short press the power button. The LED display will show the current mode and speed.
3. To power off the scooter, long press the power button again.

Activating the Motor

The motor activates only when the scooter reaches a speed of 3 MPH to prevent accidental starting. Push off with your foot to gain initial momentum.

Folding and Storage

The scooter features a one-step folding mechanism for convenient transport and storage.

1. Ensure the scooter is powered off.
2. Locate the folding mechanism near the base of the stem.
3. Press the folding mechanism to release the stem and fold it down towards the deck.
4. Secure the folded stem to the rear fender.

5. Maintenance
