3. Setup and Assembly

The Mujocooker H900B Electric Wheelchair is largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final setup:

3.1 Unfolding the Wheelchair

Place the folded wheelchair on a flat, stable surface.
Gently pull the backrest upwards until the frame locks into place.
Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged before use.

3.2 Attaching the Joystick Controller

The joystick controller can be mounted on either the left or right armrest. Securely attach it and connect the cable to the designated port.

3.3 Battery Installation (if separate)

If the battery is not pre-installed, slide it into the battery compartment located under the seat until it clicks into place. Ensure a secure connection.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

Press the power switch on the joystick controller to turn the wheelchair on. The battery indicator lights will illuminate.
To turn off, press the power switch again.

4.2 Driving the Wheelchair

Use the joystick to control direction and speed. Push forward to move forward, pull back to reverse, and push left/right to turn.
Adjust speed using the Speed+ and Speed- buttons. The wheelchair has five adjustable speed settings, up to 4 mph.
The electromagnetic braking system automatically engages when the joystick is released, providing safe stopping.

4.3 Switching Between Electric and Manual Mode

To allow the wheelchair to be pushed manually, disengage the motors by pulling the red levers on each motor outwards. To re-engage electric drive, push the red levers back into position.

5. Battery Charging

The 24V/12AH lithium battery provides a cruising range of up to 15 miles. It can be charged while installed in the wheelchair or separately.

Connect the charger to the charging port on the joystick controller or directly to the battery if removed.
Plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
Charging time is typically 8-12 hours for a full charge.
Do not overcharge the battery. Disconnect the charger once fully charged.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

The seat cushion and backrest cover are made of air-breeze material and can be detached for washing. Follow fabric care instructions.
Wipe down the frame and other surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
Keep the joystick controller clean and dry.

6.2 Battery Care

Charge the battery regularly, even if the wheelchair is not in frequent use, to maintain battery health.
Store the battery in a cool, dry place.

6.3 General Inspection

Periodically check all nuts, bolts, and fasteners to ensure they are tight.
Inspect tires for wear. The H900B uses non-pneumatic polyurethane tires for durability.

7. Troubleshooting
