DIHOOL Electric Scissor Lift Table DHLCT-150 Instruction Manual

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the DIHOOL Electric Scissor Lift Table, Model DHLCT-150. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your new lift table. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Information

Always prioritize safety when operating the lift table. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the equipment.

  • Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 350 lbs (150 kg). Overloading can cause instability and damage.
  • Stable Surface: Ensure the lift table is placed on a flat, stable, and level surface before operation.
  • Obstruction Detection: The system includes obstruction/resistance detection. If an unusual current spike is detected, the lift will stop or rebound to prevent accidents. Do not intentionally obstruct the lift during operation.
  • Power Source: Use the provided AC100-240V adapter or a DC24V-30V power source. If using a 12V power source, a 12V to 24V DC step-up converter (120W+ required) is necessary.
  • Continuous Operation: Avoid continuous long-term operation. The maximum continuous runtime is 20 minutes to prevent motor overheating.
  • Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the lift table during operation.
  • Maintenance: Regularly inspect the lift table for any signs of wear or damage. Do not operate if damaged.
  • Emergency Stop: Familiarize yourself with how to quickly disconnect power in an emergency.

7. Operating Instructions

The lift table offers multiple control options for convenience and flexibility.

7.1 DC Motor Controller (IPS-S2) Overview

Diagram of the DIHOOL IPS-S2 DC Motor Controller with labeled ports and buttons for power, motor, function settings (K1, K2, K3), and up/down control (B1, B2).
Figure 7.1: DC Motor Controller (IPS-S2) description.

The IPS-S2 controller features a digital display and several buttons for direct control and setting adjustments:

  • B1: UP button for lifting the platform.
  • B2: DOWN button for lowering the platform.
  • K1, K2, K3: Function setting buttons.
  • L: Standby time setting.

7.2 Functional Operation and Settings

The controller allows for advanced settings to customize operation and safety:

Function CodeFunction DescriptionValue RangeDefault Value
ACurrent Limit For Up (Set the limited current value for the moving up (Amp))A00.1-A10.04.2
BCurrent Limit For Down (Set the limited current value for the moving down (Amp))B00.1-B10.01
CRunning Time (Set the running time of the motor (Seconds))C000-C99980
DCurrent Limit For Rebound (Set the Current Rate of Change for moving down (Amp))D00.1-D02.000.3
ERebound Time (Set the running time during rebound (Seconds))E001-E999001
FReduce Voltage For Down (Set the Reduce percentage of voltage during lifting down (Percentage))F020-F093093
LStandby Time (Set the standby time of the screen (Minutes))L000-L999005

To enter function settings, press the K1 button for 3 seconds. Use K2 and K3 to adjust values. The limited current value can be adjusted based on actual operation conditions. For initial use, the current for the first time running may be higher; you can set a lower current value after several runs. This helps prevent motor damage and extends equipment lifespan.
