• Lens: Captures video footage.

3. Setup

3.1 Powering On

3.2 App Installation and Account Creation

1. Download the official CZEview application from your mobile device's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store).
2. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account or log in if you already have one.

3.3 Connecting to Wi-Fi

The CZEview ZY-D4 supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks for flexible connectivity.

1. In the CZEview app, tap on "Add Device" or the "+" icon.
2. Select your camera model from the list.
3. Follow the app's instructions to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera's lens or entering your Wi-Fi password.
4. Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct to avoid connection issues.
5. Once connected, the status indicator light will change, and the app will confirm successful pairing.

3.4 Mounting the Camera

The camera can be placed on a flat surface or mounted to a ceiling using the provided bracket and screws.

1. For Ceiling Mount:
   • Choose a suitable location on the ceiling.
   • Attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling using the provided screws.
   • Secure the camera to the mounting bracket by twisting it into place until it clicks.
2. For Flat Surface Placement:
   • Place the camera on a stable, flat surface with a clear view of the area you wish to monitor.

4. Operating the Camera

4.1 Live View and Pan/Tilt Control

Access the live video feed and control the camera's movement through the CZEview app.

• Open the CZEview app and select your camera from the device list.
• The live video feed will appear.
• Use the on-screen controls to pan (355° horizontal) and tilt (100° vertical) the camera to adjust the viewing angle.
• You can switch between SD, HD, 5MP, and AUTO resolution modes in the live view settings.

4.2 Two-Way Audio

Communicate with individuals near the camera using the two-way audio feature.

• While in live view, tap the microphone icon to speak through the camera's speaker.
• Tap the speaker icon to listen to audio from the camera's microphone.

4.3 Motion and Sound Detection

Receive instant alerts on your phone when motion or sound is detected.

• Enable motion detection and sound detection in the camera settings within the app.

4.4 Night Vision

The camera automatically switches to night vision mode in low-light conditions, providing clear video footage.

• In the app, locate the privacy mode setting.
• Tap to activate or deactivate privacy mode. When active, the camera lens may physically retract or turn away.

4.6 Storage Options

The camera supports local storage via a Micro SD card and optional cloud storage.

• Micro SD Card: Insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the designated slot. Ensure the camera is powered off before inserting or removing the card. The slot is located by tilting the camera lens upwards.
• Cloud Storage: Refer to the CZEview app for details on available cloud storage plans and subscription options.

5.1 Cleaning the Camera
