Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power | Battery is depleted. | Charge the headset for at least 2 hours. |
| Cannot pair with device | Headset not in pairing mode; Bluetooth off on device; device too far. | Ensure headset is in pairing mode (flashing light). Turn Bluetooth on your device. Move device closer to headset (within 10 meters). |
| Low sound volume / Poor sound quality | Volume too low on headset or device; speakers not positioned correctly; external noise. | Increase volume on both headset and connected device. Adjust speaker position inside helmet. DSP noise reduction is active, but extreme wind noise may still affect clarity. |
| Cannot hear clearly during calls | Microphone not positioned correctly; external noise. | Ensure microphone is close to your mouth. DSP noise reduction helps, but strong wind or road noise can impact clarity for the other party. |
| Headset does not connect to another headset for intercom | This model does not support direct headset-to-headset intercom functionality. | The JZAQ A30 is designed for connection to a single smartphone for music and calls, not for multi-unit intercom. |
| Speakers cause ear discomfort | Improper speaker placement or helmet fit. | Adjust speaker position within the helmet's ear pockets. Ensure the helmet itself is not too tight in the ear area. The speakers are ultra-thin (10mm) to minimize this issue. |
