- Select Mode: Press the power button to turn on the toothbrush. Press the mode button repeatedly to cycle through the 3 cleaning modes:

- Soft: Gentle cleaning for sensitive teeth and gums.
- Massage: Pulsating action for gum stimulation.
- Brush Teeth: Place the brush head against your teeth at a slight angle towards the gumline. Move the brush slowly from tooth to tooth. The built-in 2-minute auto shut-off timer ensures recommended brushing time, with a 30-second interval timer to prompt you to move to different quadrants of your mouth.
- Power Off: Press the power button to turn off the toothbrush when finished.
- Charge: Return the toothbrush to the docking stand for inductive charging after each use.
