5. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your turntable for the first time.
- Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the turntable and all accessories from the packaging.
- Placement: Place the turntable on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive dust or vibrations.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the DC In port on the rear of the turntable (Figure 4.2) and then plug it into a wall outlet.
- Remove Stylus Protector: Gently remove the clear plastic protector from the stylus before use. Be careful not to damage the needle.
- Close Lid: For optimal sound and to protect the components, ensure the lid is closed during playback, or fully open and secured.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Playing Vinyl Records
- Power On: Turn the Power/Volume knob clockwise to power on the unit.
- Select Phono Mode: Set the Function switch to 'Phono'.
- Place Record: Place a vinyl record on the platter. For 7-inch singles, use the included 45 RPM adapter.
- Select Speed: Set the Speed Selector to the correct speed (33, 45, or 78 RPM) for your record.
- Release Tonearm: Unlock the tonearm clip.
- Start Playback: Gently lift the tonearm using the cue lever and position the stylus over the desired track on the record. Slowly lower the tonearm onto the record.
- Adjust Volume: Use the Power/Volume knob to adjust the sound level from the integrated speakers.
- Auto-Stop Function: The turntable features an auto-stop function that automatically stops the platter rotation when the record finishes playing.

6.2 Bluetooth Connection
Stream audio wirelessly from your Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Power On: Turn the Power/Volume knob clockwise to power on the unit.
- Select Bluetooth Mode: Set the Function switch to 'BT'. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash, indicating pairing mode.
- Pair Device: On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and search for 'Lenco TT-116'. Select it to pair.
- Playback: Once paired, the indicator light will stop flashing. You can now play music from your device through the turntable's speakers.
- Adjust Volume: Control the volume using both your connected device and the turntable's Power/Volume knob.
6.3 USB Recording
Record audio from vinyl, Bluetooth, or AUX input directly to a USB flash drive.
- Insert USB Drive: Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the control panel.
- Select Source: Set the Function switch to the desired audio source (Phono, BT, or AUX).
- Start Playback: Begin playing audio from your selected source (e.g., start a vinyl record, play music via Bluetooth).
- Start Recording: Press the 'REC' button (if available, or follow specific instructions in the full manual for USB recording initiation). The unit will begin recording the audio to the USB drive.
- Stop Recording: Press the 'REC' button again to stop recording. The recorded file will be saved on the USB drive.
6.4 AUX Input
Connect external audio devices using a 3.5mm audio cable.
- Connect Cable: Plug one end of a 3.5mm audio cable into the AUX In port on the rear of the turntable (Figure 4.2) and the other end into the headphone jack or audio output of your external device.
- Select AUX Mode: Set the Function switch to 'AUX'.
- Playback: Play audio from your external device. The sound will be routed through the turntable's speakers.
- Adjust Volume: Control the volume using both your external device and the turntable's Power/Volume knob.
6.5 RCA Output
Connect the turntable to an external stereo system or powered speakers for enhanced audio.
- Connect RCA Cables: Connect RCA cables (not included) from the Line Out (RCA) ports on the rear of the turntable (Figure 4.2) to the corresponding audio input on your amplifier or powered speakers.
- Select Input: Select the appropriate input on your external audio system.
- Playback: Play audio from the turntable (vinyl, Bluetooth, AUX, or USB). The sound will be output through your external system.
- Volume Control: Volume will primarily be controlled by your external audio system.
6.6 Headphone Use
For private listening, connect headphones to the dedicated jack.
- Connect Headphones: Plug 3.5mm headphones into the headphone jack on the control panel.
- Adjust Volume: Use the Power/Volume knob to adjust the headphone volume. The integrated speakers will be muted when headphones are connected.
7. Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your turntable.
7.1 Cleaning the Stylus
- Use a soft brush designed for stylus cleaning, brushing gently from back to front.
- Avoid touching the stylus with your fingers.
