The C01 earbuds feature an open-ear, air-conduction design, 16.3mm dynamic drivers for clear sound, and a multi-functional touch control system. The charging case includes an LED digital display and supports both USB-C and wireless charging.

2. Safety Information

• Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the earbuds or charging case.

4. Product Overview

The CYBERDOT C01 earbuds feature an innovative open-ear design that rests comfortably outside the ear canal, providing ventilation and reducing discomfort during extended wear. This design allows ambient sounds to reach your ears, enhancing situational awareness.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB-C cable, or place it on a compatible wireless charging pad.

The LED display on the charging case will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 1.5-2 hours.

5.2 Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "CYBERDOT C01" from the list of found devices.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the charging case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

6. Operating Instructions

The CYBERDOT C01 earbuds feature multi-functional touch controls on each earbud for easy management of music, calls, and voice assistant.

6.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

6.2 Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.

6.3 Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

6.4 Voice Assistant

• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.

6.5 Volume Control

Volume control is managed directly through your connected device. Adjust the volume on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

The CYBERDOT C01 earbuds and charging case offer flexible charging options and extended battery life.

• Earbud Battery Life: Up to 5-7 hours of listening time on a single charge.
• Charging Case Capacity: Provides approximately two additional full charges for the earbuds.
• Total Listening Time: Up to 21 hours with the charging case.
• Charging Methods: The charging case can be charged via the included USB-C cable or by placing it on a compatible wireless charging pad.
• LED Display: The digital display on the charging case shows the remaining battery percentage of the case and the charging status of each earbud.

8. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your earbuds.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX5 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to splashes and sweat. They are suitable for workouts and light rain but should not be submerged in water or exposed to strong jets of water. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case.

9. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your CYBERDOT C01 earbuds, refer to the following common solutions:

• Earbuds not pairing:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth.
  • Delete "CYBERDOT C01" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait 10 seconds, then open to re-enter pairing mode.
• No sound from earbuds:
  • Check the volume level on your connected device.
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
  • Try playing different audio sources.
• Earbuds not charging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Verify the power source is active.
  • Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
  • If using wireless charging, ensure the case is correctly positioned on the charging pad.
• One earbud not working:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
