Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your NAOEVO LED Light Bars. A wiring harness is required and sold separately.
1. Mounting the Light Bar
- Identify a suitable mounting location on your vehicle that provides clear visibility and does not obstruct other vehicle components.
- Attach the adjustable bracket to the light bar using the provided bolts and nuts. The bracket allows for 45° adjustment of the light beam.
- Secure the light bar with the attached bracket to your desired mounting surface. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.

2. Wiring Connection
The light bars are designed for easy connection. A wiring harness (not included) is recommended for safe and efficient operation.
- Connect the positive (+) wire from the light bar to the positive terminal of your wiring harness.
- Connect the negative (-) wire from the light bar to the negative terminal of your wiring harness or a suitable ground point on the vehicle chassis.
- Ensure all connections are tight and protected from moisture and abrasion.
- Connect the wiring harness to your vehicle's power source (e.g., battery) via a relay and fuse, and connect the switch for control.

Beam Patterns
- 7-inch Light Bar: Combines a 30° spotlight for high-focus, long-range illumination and a 120° floodlight for wider area coverage. This combination enhances visibility for off-road driving at night.
- 6-inch Light Bar: Features a 120° flood beam, providing broad view and excellent light transmittance for clearer and wider vision.
