2. Safety Instructions

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Tool
The HARDELL Mini Rotary Tool is equipped with a 3.7V lithium battery and a Type-C charging port for convenient and fast charging. Ensure the tool is fully charged before first use.
- Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the tool's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a suitable USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
- The indicator light will turn green when the battery is fully charged.

3.2 Attaching Accessories
Follow these steps to securely attach accessories to your rotary tool:
- Press the spindle lock button and unscrew the nut at the front of the tool.
- Select the appropriate collet for your accessory and insert it into the nut.
- While holding the spindle lock button, insert the desired accessory into the collet.
- Tighten the nut securely by hand while still pressing the spindle lock button. Do not overtighten.

3.2.1 Attaching a Sanding Band
- Insert the sanding drum into the mandrel and tighten the screw.
- Loosen the screw on the sanding drum.
- Install the sanding band onto the drum.
- Press the spindle lock button and tighten the sanding drum screw with the provided wrench.

3.2.2 Attaching an HSS Cutting Disc / Sanding Paper
- Insert the wheel mandrel into the collet and tighten the nut.
- Unscrew the wheel mandrel screw.
- Install the wheel mandrel and assemble the HSS cutting disc or sanding paper.
- Press the spindle lock button and tighten the wheel mandrel screw with the provided wrench.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
To turn the tool on or off, press the On/Off button located on the tool body. The LED indicators will light up to show the current speed setting.

4.2 Speed Control
The tool features 5 variable speed settings (5000/8000/11000/14000/18000 rpm) for different applications. Use the speed control buttons (+ and -) to adjust the rotation speed.
- Press the '+' button to increase the speed.
- Press the '-' button to decrease the speed.
- The LED indicators will show the selected speed level.
The tool has a smart speed memory function, which will remember your last speed setting when turned off and on again.
