3. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the main components of your SubZero Wireless Microphone System.
System Components

3.1 Receiver Unit
The receiver unit processes the wireless audio signals from the bodypack transmitters. It features independent volume controls for each channel (A and B) and output connections for integration with your audio system.

3.2 Bodypack Transmitters
Each bodypack transmitter sends the microphone's audio signal wirelessly to the receiver. They are compact and designed to be worn discreetly.

3.3 Lavalier Microphones
Small, discreet microphones designed to clip onto clothing, ideal for hands-free operation.
3.4 Headset Microphones
Head-worn microphones that provide consistent microphone placement for clear audio, suitable for active performers.

- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these can damage the finish or internal components.
- For microphones, gently clean windscreens if necessary.
6.2 Storage
- When not in use for extended periods, remove batteries from the bodypack transmitters to prevent leakage.
- Store the system in its original carry case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your SubZero Wireless Microphone System, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
No Sound Output
- Ensure all units (receiver, bodypacks) are powered on.
- Check that the receiver's volume knobs are turned up.
- Verify that the receiver is correctly connected to your mixer/amplifier and that its input is selected and volume is up.
- Check batteries in bodypacks; replace if low or depleted.
- Ensure microphones are securely connected to bodypacks.
Interference or Dropouts
- Ensure the receiver antennas are fully extended and positioned vertically.
- Move the receiver closer to the transmitters, within the 50-meter operating range.
- Ensure there are no large metal objects or other wireless devices operating on similar frequencies nearby.
- Remember that only one fixed unit of this model can be used in the same vicinity at a time.
Short Operating Range
- Check bodypack battery levels. Low batteries can reduce range.
- Ensure line-of-sight between transmitters and receiver is maintained as much as possible.
- Avoid placing the receiver behind large obstacles or in enclosed spaces.
