1. Printing Documents

• From a Computer:

Maintenance

1. Replacing Toner Cartridges

When a toner cartridge is low or empty, the printer's LCD display will show a message.

1. Open the front cover.
2. Remove the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly.
3. Press the green lock lever to release the empty toner cartridge from the drum unit.
4. Unpack a new toner cartridge and insert it firmly into the drum unit until it clicks.
5. Slide the green tab on the drum unit back and forth several times to clean the corona wire. Return the tab to its home position.
6. Reinstall the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly into the printer.
