3. Setup and Assembly
The GAOMON Metal Bed Frame is designed for easy assembly. All necessary tools and instructions are included in the packaging. It is recommended to assemble the frame with two people.
Assembly Steps:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface (e.g., a carpet or blanket) to prevent scratches. Verify all parts are present against the included parts list.
- Assemble Frame Sections: Connect the main frame sections according to the visual instructions provided in the manual. Ensure all bolts are finger-tightened initially.
- Attach Support Legs: Securely attach all support legs to the frame.
- Install Slats: Place the steel slats into their designated positions on the frame. Ensure they are properly seated and secured. Apply foam seal tape if provided, to minimize noise.
- Tighten All Fasteners: Once all components are in place, systematically tighten all bolts and screws using the provided tool. Do not overtighten.
- Final Check: Gently shake the frame to ensure it is stable and all connections are secure.

4. Operating Instructions
Once assembled, the bed frame is ready for use.
- Mattress Placement: Carefully place your full-size mattress directly onto the steel slats. No box spring is needed.
- Under-bed Storage: Utilize the 14-inch clearance for storing items in bins or containers.
- Headboard Attachment: If desired, attach a compatible headboard to the pre-drilled holes at the head of the frame.

- Floor Protection: Verify that the protective footpads are intact and in place to continue protecting your flooring.

- Legs Damaging Floor/Moving:
