4. Safety Precautions

Always follow these safety guidelines to prevent injury or damage to the device and your vehicle:

• Read all instructions before use.
• Do not operate the device if it is damaged or has been modified.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not expose the device to rain or wet conditions.
• Ensure proper ventilation during operation.
• Do not short-circuit the smart clamps.
• Avoid reverse connection of the smart clamps to the battery terminals.
• Do not overcharge or over-discharge the device.
• The inflator will automatically stop inflating after long working time to avoid overheating. Please wait for about 10 minutes to cool down before reuse.

5. Setup and Charging

5.1 Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge your UTRAI JS5. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the device's USB-C input port and plug the other end into a compatible USB wall adapter (not included). The LCD screen will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes about 6 hours.

5.2 Checking Battery Level

Press any button on the device to activate the LCD screen and check the current battery level. Ensure the device has sufficient charge before attempting to jump start a vehicle or inflate tires.

6. Operating Instructions: Jump Starting a Vehicle

Ensure the UTRAI JS5 is fully charged before attempting a jump start.

1. Connect Smart Clamp: Insert the blue end of the heavy-duty smart clamp into the jump start port on the UTRAI JS5.
2. Connect to Battery: Attach the red (+) clamp to the positive terminal of the vehicle's battery and the black (-) clamp to the negative terminal. Ensure a secure connection.
3. Check Indicator: The indicator light on the smart clamp will turn solid green if the connection is correct and safe to proceed. If it shows red or flashes, check connections and troubleshoot.
4. Start Vehicle: Once the indicator is solid green, start your vehicle's engine.
5. Remove Clamps: After the vehicle starts, immediately remove the smart clamp from the vehicle battery, then disconnect it from the UTRAI JS5.

7. Operating Instructions: Tire Inflator

1. Retrieve Air Hose: Take out the air hose from the back of the jump starter.
2. Connect to Tire: Screw the air hose connector onto the tire valve stem. Ensure it's tightly secured to prevent air leakage.
3. Power On & Select Mode: Press the "OK" button to power on the device. Press the "M" button to cycle through inflation modes (car, motorcycle, bicycle, ball) and select the appropriate preset.
4. Set Pressure: Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the target pressure (PSI). The LCD screen will display the current and target pressure.
5. Start Inflation: Press the "OK" button again to start pumping. The inflator will automatically stop once the target pressure is reached.
6. Disconnect: Unscrew the air hose from the tire valve.

8. Operating Instructions: Power Bank

The UTRAI JS5 can charge various electronic devices:

• USB Charging: Connect your mobile phone, tablet, or other USB-powered devices to the USB-OUT (QC 3.0) or standard USB-OUT port using your device's charging cable.
• DC Output: Use the provided DC Cigarette Adapter with the DC-OUT port to power 12V automotive devices such as car vacuum cleaners or mini-refrigerators.

9. Operating Instructions: LED Flashlight

The built-in 1600-lumen LED flashlight provides illumination and emergency signaling:

• Turn On/Off: Press the light bulb button to turn the flashlight on or off.
• Change Modes: With the flashlight on, press the light bulb button repeatedly to cycle through the modes: Normal, Flashing, and SOS.
