Installation Instructions

This replacement cover is compatible with SRAM Power Meter spiders FC-XX-P-D1 and FC-XX-SLP-D1.

  1. Remove Existing Cover: Carefully unscrew and remove the old battery cover from your SRAM XX/XX SL Power Meter spider.
  2. Inspect Battery Compartment: Ensure the battery compartment is clean and free of debris.
  3. Install O-ring and Spring: Place the O-ring into its designated groove on the new cover or power meter body (refer to your power meter's original manual for exact placement). Insert the spring into the battery compartment, ensuring it makes proper contact with the battery.
  4. Position Washer: If applicable, place the washer as per your power meter's original design.
  5. Attach New Cover: Align the new SRAM XX/XX SL Power Meter Cover with the threading on the power meter spider. Gently screw the cover into place.
  6. Tighten Securely: Hand-tighten the cover until it is snug. Avoid over-tightening, as this can damage the threads or the O-ring, compromising the seal.

Important Note: This replacement cover is designed to fit the threading of the specified power meters. It does not include an internal adjustment screw, which may be present in some original SRAM battery covers. Please ensure this replacement meets your specific needs before installation.
