3.2. Installation Steps (Surface Mounted)

1. Preparation: Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and smooth. Measure the desired length for your LED strip. Remember the strip can be cut at 50mm intervals.
2. Cutting (if necessary): If shortening the strip, identify the scissor icon marks located every 50mm along the strip. Carefully cut the strip only at these designated marks using sharp scissors. After cutting, apply the provided end caps to the cut end(s) to maintain the IP65 rating.
3. Mounting Bracket Placement: Position the mounting brackets along the measured path. Mark the screw holes with a pencil. Ensure even spacing for secure installation.
4. Secure Brackets: Drill pilot holes if necessary and secure the mounting brackets using the provided screws.
5. Insert LED Strip: Carefully press the LED strip into the secured mounting brackets. Ensure it sits snugly and evenly.
6. Connect to Driver: Connect the 2.5m driver connection cable (with JB4 connector) from the LED strip to a compatible 24V DC LED driver (NOT INCLUDED). The JB4 connector ensures correct polarity.
7. Power On: Once all connections are secure and verified, restore power to the circuit.

• Color Temperature: This specific model provides a Warm White light at 3000K. Other models are available in Natural White (4000K) and Cool White (5000K).
