Installation Instructions

Drill

Phillips Head Screwdriver
Stud Finder (for wood stud installation)

Step 1: Prepare the TV

Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent screen damage.
Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
Attach the TV bracket arms to the back of your TV using the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit. Ensure the arms are securely fastened and evenly spaced. The spring-loaded locking pins should be at the bottom.

Step 2: Install the Wall Plate

Determine the desired height for your TV. Mark the center of where the TV will be mounted on the wall.
Position the wall plate against the wall at the marked height. Use the included small level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal.
Mark the drilling locations through the holes on the wall plate.
For Wood Stud Installation: Use a stud finder to locate the center of two adjacent wood studs. Drill pilot holes (e.g., 5.5mm / 7/32 inch) into the studs at the marked locations. Secure the wall plate using the lag bolts and washers.
For Concrete/Brick Wall Installation: Drill holes (e.g., 10mm / 3/8 inch) at the marked locations. Insert wall anchors into the drilled holes. Secure the wall plate using the lag bolts and washers into the anchors.
Ensure the wall plate is firmly and securely attached to the wall.

Step 3: Mount the TV

With assistance, carefully lift the TV with the attached bracket arms.
Hook the top of the TV bracket arms onto the top edge of the wall plate.
Gently lower the TV until the bottom of the bracket arms engage with the wall plate.
Pull the spring-loaded locking tabs (the long tabs) downwards to secure the TV to the wall plate. Ensure both tabs are engaged.
Gently tug on the TV to confirm it is securely locked in place.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting the Tilt Function:

The Volkano VK-4025-BK mount features a tilt function to optimize your viewing experience and reduce glare.

To tilt the TV, gently push the top or bottom edge of the TV forward or backward to achieve the desired angle.
The mount is designed to hold the TV securely at various tilt positions.

Maintenance

Periodic Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. If any looseness is detected, tighten them immediately.

Troubleshooting
