1. Product Overview

The Povasee A30 3000A Car Battery Jump Starter is a powerful and portable device designed to quickly and safely jump start 12V vehicles with engines up to 10.0L gasoline or 8.0L diesel. 2. Safety Information

Please read all safety instructions carefully before using this product. Improper use may result in damage to the product, property, or serious injury.

• Do not expose the jump starter to extreme temperatures (below -30℃ or above 60℃) or direct sunlight.
• Do not immerse the unit in water or expose it to heavy rain. The flexible IP67 shell is dust-proof and rain-resistant, but not submersible.
• Use only the smart jumper cables provided with the unit.
• Ensure proper polarity when connecting the clamps to the car battery (red to positive, black to negative). Reverse polarity protection is built-in, but caution is advised.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the Povasee A30 Jump Starter. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the jump starter's input port and to a USB wall adapter (not included). The indicator lights will show the charging progress. All lights will be solid when fully charged.

5.2 Checking Battery Level

Press the power button on the jump starter to check the current battery level. The LED indicator lights will illuminate, showing the remaining charge. Ensure the unit has at least 50% charge before attempting to jump start a vehicle.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle

1. Prepare the Vehicle: Turn off the vehicle's ignition and all accessories (headlights, radio, etc.). Engage the parking brake.
2. Connect Clamps to Battery: Connect the RED (+) clamp to the positive terminal of the vehicle's dead battery. Connect the BLACK (-) clamp to the negative terminal of the vehicle's dead battery. Ensure a secure connection.
3. Connect Smart Cable to Jump Starter: Insert the blue plug of the smart jumper cable into the jump starter's 12V output port. Ensure it is fully inserted. The indicator light on the smart cable should turn solid green, indicating it's ready to jump start. If it shows a different color or flashes, refer to the troubleshooting section.
4. Start the Vehicle: Go into the vehicle and start the engine. If the vehicle does not start immediately, wait 30 seconds before trying again. Do not crank the engine for more than 3 seconds per attempt.
5. Disconnect Cables: Once the vehicle starts, immediately disconnect the smart jumper cable from the jump starter. Then, disconnect the BLACK (-) clamp from the vehicle battery, followed by the RED (+) clamp.
6. Recharge Jump Starter: Recharge the jump starter as soon as possible after use to ensure it's ready for the next time.

6.2 Using as a Power Bank

Connect your electronic devices (phones, tablets, etc.) to the USB output ports on the jump starter using their respective charging cables. The jump starter will automatically begin charging your devices.

6.3 Using the LED Flashlight

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the LED flashlight. Press the power button again to cycle through the modes: Normal Light → Strobe Light → SOS Light → Off.

• Recharging: Always recharge the jump starter after each use to prolong battery life.
• Storage: If not in frequent use, charge the unit every 3-6 months to maintain optimal battery health. Store the jump starter in its storage box in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
