  1. Connect the provided AC charging cable to the AC input port on the R600.
  2. Plug the other end into a standard wall outlet.
  3. The LCD display will show the input power and charging status. The unit will fully charge in approximately 1 hour.

Note: The R600 supports three charging modes: Fast Mode (400W Max), Standard Mode (300W Max), and Mute Mode (100W Max). These can be adjusted via the ALLPOWERS app or unit settings.

4. Operation

4.1 Powering On/Off

  • To turn on: Press and hold the main Power On/Off button until the LCD screen illuminates.
  • To turn off: Press and hold the main Power On/Off button until the LCD screen turns off and the unit beeps.

4.2 Using AC Outputs

  1. Ensure the R600 is powered on.
  2. Press the AC On/Off button to activate the AC outlets. The AC indicator will appear on the LCD.
  3. Plug your AC devices into the outlets.
  4. To turn off AC outputs, press the AC On/Off button again.

Caution: Do not exceed the maximum 600W continuous output. The unit supports a 1200W surge, but sustained loads above 600W will trigger overload protection.

4.3 Using DC and USB Outputs

  1. Ensure the R600 is powered on.
  2. Press the DC On/Off button to activate the DC outputs (USB-A, USB-C, Cigarette Lighter, Wireless Charger). The DC indicator will appear on the LCD.
  3. Connect your devices to the appropriate ports.
  4. To turn off DC outputs, press the DC On/Off button again.

4.4 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Function

The R600 features a UPS function, providing seamless power during outages.

  1. Connect the R600 to a wall outlet using the AC charging cable.
  2. Plug your critical devices (e.g., computer, router) into the AC outlets of the R600.
  3. When the wall power is interrupted, the R600 will automatically switch to battery power in less than 10 milliseconds, preventing device shutdown.

4.5 ALLPOWERS App Control

Control and monitor your R600 remotely via the ALLPOWERS mobile application.

  1. Download the ALLPOWERS app from your device's app store.
  2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  3. On the R600, press the DC output button twice (one short press, one long press) to activate Bluetooth pairing. The Bluetooth icon will appear on the LCD.
  4. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your R600.
  5. Through the app, you can monitor battery status, control outputs, and adjust charging modes (Mute/Standard/Fast Mode) and Eco mode settings.

5.3 Car Charging

Charge your R600 from your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter port.

  1. Connect a car charging cable (not included, available separately) to the R600's DC input port.
  2. Plug the other end into your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket.

The ALLPOWERS R600 uses LiFePO4 battery cells, designed for longevity (3500+ cycles, 6X longer lifespan than traditional batteries, up to 10 years of regular use).

  • For optimal battery health, avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
  • If storing for extended periods, charge the unit to approximately 50-80% and recharge every 3-6 months.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6.2 Cleaning

Wipe the unit with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ALLPOWERS R600, refer to the following common solutions:

7.1 Unit Not Turning On or Charging

  • Ensure the main Power On/Off button is pressed and held until the screen illuminates.
  • Check if the AC charging cable is securely connected to both the unit and the wall outlet.
  • Verify the wall outlet is functional.
  • If using solar, ensure panels are in direct sunlight and connections are secure.
  • If the unit was completely drained, it might take a few minutes for the screen to respond after connecting to power.

7.2 AC/DC Outputs Not Working

  • Ensure the respective AC On/Off or DC On/Off button has been pressed and the corresponding indicator is visible on the LCD.
  • Check if the total power draw of connected devices exceeds the R600's output capacity (600W for AC). If an overload occurs, the overload protector may trip. Disconnect devices, press the reset button (if applicable), and restart.
  • Verify that the devices themselves are functioning correctly.
