3. Setup
3.1 Button Identification
Familiarize yourself with the four buttons on your watch:
- RESET (Top Left): Used to reset values or return to a previous setting.
- ST/STP (Top Right): Used to start/stop functions like stopwatch or timer, and to adjust settings.
- MODE (Bottom Left): Used to cycle through different watch modes (Time, Alarm, Stopwatch, Timer).
- LIGHT (Bottom Right): Activates the backlight for illumination.

3.2 Setting Time and Date
- From the normal time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until the seconds begin to flash. This indicates you are in time setting mode.
- Press the ST/STP button to cycle through the settings: seconds, hours, minutes, month, date, day of the week.
- Use the RESET button to adjust the flashing value. Hold RESET to change values quickly.
- Once all settings are correct, press the MODE button to exit the setting mode and return to the normal time display.
3.3 Setting the Alarm
- From the normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter Alarm Mode. The alarm time will be displayed.
- Press the ST/STP button to select the hour or minute setting. The selected value will flash.
- Use the RESET button to adjust the flashing hour or minute.
- Press MODE to exit Alarm Setting Mode.
- To activate/deactivate the alarm, press the RESET button while in Alarm Mode. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
4. Operating
4.1 Mode Selection
Press the MODE button to cycle through the following functions:
- Time Display: Shows current time, day, and date.
- Alarm: Displays and allows setting of the alarm time.
- Stopwatch: Measures elapsed time.
- Timer: Countdown timer function.
4.2 Stopwatch Function
- Press MODE until you reach the Stopwatch Mode (usually indicated by '00:00:00').
- Press ST/STP to start the stopwatch.
- Press ST/STP again to stop the stopwatch.
- Press RESET to clear the stopwatch to zero.
4.3 Timer Function
- Press MODE until you reach the Timer Mode.
- To set the timer, press and hold ST/STP until the timer digits flash.
- Use MODE to select hours, minutes, or seconds. Use RESET to adjust the flashing value.
- Press ST/STP to start the countdown.
- Press ST/STP again to pause/resume the countdown.
- When the timer reaches zero, an alarm will sound. Press any button to stop the alarm.
4.4 Backlight
Press the LIGHT button (bottom right) to illuminate the display for a few seconds, allowing you to read the time in low-light conditions.

5.1 Water Resistance
