Its generous 20"x24" size offers extensive coverage for the back, neck, shoulders, and other large muscle groups. The soft microplush fabric enhances comfort during use.

Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad and controller from its packaging.
- Connect Controller: Ensure the heating pad connector is securely plugged into the control unit.
- Plug In: Insert the power plug into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
- Position: Place the heating pad on the desired area of your body. Ensure it lies flat and is not folded or bunched.

Operating Instructions
The digital controller allows for easy adjustment of heat and timer settings.

- Power On: Press the 'Power' button on the controller to turn on the heating pad. The display will illuminate.
- Adjust Heat: Use the 'Heat Up' (up arrow) and 'Heat Down' (down arrow) buttons to select your desired heat level from 1 to 6. Level 6 is the hottest.
- Set Timer: Press the 'Timer' button to cycle through the available auto shut-off times: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 2 hours (120 minutes). The selected time will be displayed.
- Power Off: To turn off the heating pad manually, press the 'Power' button again. The heating pad will also automatically shut off once the set timer expires.
Moist Heat Option
For enhanced muscle relaxation and deeper heat penetration, the Glamigee heating pad can be used with moist heat.
- Lightly dampen one side of the heating pad with water using a spray bottle or a damp cloth. Do not soak the pad.
- Ensure the control unit and power cord remain dry.
- Apply the dampened side of the pad to the desired area.
- Proceed with normal operation as described in the 'Operating Instructions' section.
Care and Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity and hygiene of your heating pad.
- Disconnect: Always unplug the heating pad from the electrical outlet and detach the control unit before cleaning.
- Machine Washable: The fabric portion of the heating pad is machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water.
- Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Ensure the heating pad is completely dry before reattaching the control unit and plugging it in.
- Storage: Store the heating pad flat or loosely rolled in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding tightly or placing heavy objects on it to prevent damage to internal wiring.
Troubleshooting
If your Glamigee heating pad is not functioning as expected, try the following:
- No Power/No Heat:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the wall outlet and the control unit.
- Check if the wall outlet is functional by plugging in another appliance.
- Press the 'Power' button on the controller to ensure it is turned on.
- Error Code Displayed:
- Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet and disconnect the control unit from the pad.
- Wait 5 minutes, then reconnect everything and try again.
- If the error persists, contact customer support.
- Insufficient Heat:
- Increase the heat setting using the 'Heat Up' button.
- Ensure the pad is lying flat and not bunched, which can affect heat distribution.
