2. Safety Information
To prevent injury to yourself and others, and to avoid property damage, observe the following safety precautions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, explosion, or other hazards.
2.1 General Safety
- Ensure the washing machine is properly grounded.
- Do not operate the machine with a damaged power cord or plug.
- Keep children and pets away from the appliance during operation. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not wash items that have been soiled with flammable or explosive substances.
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
- Do not install the washing machine in a damp environment or where it may be exposed to rain.
2.2 Child Lock Feature
The washing machine is equipped with a Child Lock feature to prevent accidental operation by children. Refer to the 'Operating Instructions' section for details on how to activate and deactivate this function.

3. Included Components
Upon unpacking, please ensure all the following items are present:

4. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the performance and longevity of your washing machine. Follow these steps carefully.
4.1 Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials, including the base packaging and any protective films.
- Inspect the machine for any damage incurred during transit. Contact your retailer immediately if any damage is found.
4.2 Location Requirements
- Place the washing machine on a firm, level surface.
- Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and maintenance.
- Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
4.3 Leveling the Machine
Use the adjustable feet at the bottom of the machine to ensure it is perfectly level. A level machine reduces vibration and noise during operation.
4.4 Water Supply Connection
- Connect the water inlet hose to the cold water tap. Ensure a tight connection to prevent leaks.
- Connect the other end of the water inlet hose to the water inlet valve on the back of the washing machine.
- Open the water tap fully and check for any leaks.
4.5 Drain Hose Installation
- Position the drain hose to ensure proper drainage. It should be placed at a height between 60 cm and 90 cm from the floor.
- Ensure the drain hose is not kinked or blocked.
4.6 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage and frequency match the specifications of the washing machine.
5. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the control panel and various wash programs to achieve optimal washing results.

5.1 Loading Laundry
- Open the lid of the washing machine.
- Place laundry evenly inside the drum, ensuring not to overload. The 6.5 kg capacity refers to dry laundry weight.
- Add appropriate detergent and fabric softener to their respective dispensers.
- Close the lid securely.
5.2 Wash Programs
Your TCL TWA65-F3G washing machine offers 10 wash programs:
- Mixed: For general mixed laundry.
- Quick: For lightly soiled clothes requiring a fast wash.
- Delicate: For fragile items requiring gentle care.
- Energy Saver: Optimized for lower energy consumption.
- Jeans: Specifically designed for denim items.
- Aqua Save: Program designed to minimize water usage.
- Soak Wash: For heavily soiled items requiring pre-soaking.
- Blanket: For washing larger, bulkier items like blankets.
- Drum Clean: For cleaning the washing machine drum (refer to Maintenance section).
- Baby: Gentle wash cycle suitable for baby clothes.
To select a program, press the 'Program' button repeatedly until the desired program is indicated on the display.
5.3 Special Features
5.3.1 Fuzzy Logic Control
The Fuzzy Logic feature automatically detects the laundry load and adjusts the water level and wash cycle duration for optimal washing performance and efficiency. This ensures effective cleaning while conserving resources.

5.3.2 24 Hours Delay Start
This function allows you to set a delayed start time for your wash cycle, up to 24 hours. This is useful for taking advantage of off-peak electricity rates or having laundry ready at a specific time.
- Select your desired wash program.
- Press the 'Delay' button repeatedly to set the desired delay time.
- Press 'Start/Pause' to confirm the setting. The machine will start automatically after the set delay.

5.3.3 Memory Backup
In case of a power outage during a wash cycle, the Memory Backup feature will store the current program settings. When power is restored, the machine will resume the cycle from where it left off.

5.3.4 Honeycomb Crystal Drum
The unique Honeycomb Crystal Drum design provides a gentle yet effective wash. Its smooth, hexagonal surfaces protect fabrics from damage while ensuring thorough cleaning.

5.3.5 One Key Dehydration (One Click Spinning)
This feature allows for a quick and efficient spin cycle to remove excess water from clothes with a single button press, facilitating faster drying.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your washing machine.
6.1 Cleaning the Magic Filter
The Magic Filter collects lint and debris during the wash cycle. Clean it regularly to maintain washing efficiency.
- Open the lid and locate the Magic Filter, usually on the side of the drum.
- Remove the filter by pulling it upwards or pressing a release tab.
- Open the filter and remove any accumulated lint and debris.
- Rinse the filter under running water.
- Reinsert the clean filter back into its position until it clicks.

6.2 Drum Clean Function
Use the 'Drum Clean' program periodically to clean the inner and outer tubs of the washing machine, preventing mold and odor buildup.
- Ensure the drum is empty of laundry.
- Select the 'Drum Clean' program.
- Add a washing machine cleaner (if desired, follow cleaner instructions) to the detergent dispenser.
- Start the cycle.

6.3 Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
