2. Package Contents

Verify that all items are present in the package:

  • 1 x POE Zigbee Wired Gateway
  • 1 x USB Charging Cable
  • 1 x Network Cable
  • 1 x User Manual (this document)

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Powering the Gateway

The Zigbee Gateway can be powered using two methods:

  1. USB Power: Connect the provided USB charging cable to the USB-C port on the gateway and plug the other end into a standard 5V 1A USB power adapter (not included).
  2. Power over Ethernet (PoE): Connect the provided network cable to the Ethernet port on the gateway. If your network switch supports PoE (12V-48V), the gateway will receive both power and network connectivity through this single cable. A PoE switch is sold separately.

3.2 Network Configuration

For remote APP control and voice control, the gateway requires network configuration. Ensure your mobile phone and the gateway are connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during the initial setup. 5GHz Wi-Fi networks are not supported.

The gateway supports Zigbee2MQTT and IFTTT protocols for advanced integration.

4. Operation
