4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

• Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated.
• Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
• The LED display on the case will show the charging progress.
• A full charge for the earbuds takes approximately 1.5 hours, and the charging case takes about 2 hours.

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "BX27" from the list of found devices to connect.
4. Once successfully paired, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device when taken out of the case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

The connection range between the earbuds and your device is approximately 48 feet (14.63 meters).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wearing the Earbuds

For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the correct ear tip size (S/M/L) and adjust the ear hooks for a secure fit.

1. Select the ear tips that provide the best seal and comfort for your ears.
2. Place the ear hooks over your ears.
3. Gently insert the earbud into your ear canal and rotate it to find a comfortable and secure angle.

• Poor sound quality or disconnections:

• Earbuds not charging:
