Setup and Installation

This pop-up outlet is designed for easy installation in a standard 4-inch (3.93-inch) hole on countertops or desktops.

1. Prepare the Hole: Ensure a 4-inch (approximately 3.93 inches) diameter hole is cut into your countertop or desktop.
2. Insert the Unit: Remove the ring lock from the pop-up electrical outlet body. Slide the outlet body into the prepared hole from the top.
3. Secure the Unit: From underneath the counter, open the snap ring and close it directly at the desired location to secure the unit. Ensure it is tightly fastened for stability.
4. Connect Power: Plug the 6ft power cord into a grounded 125V/15A wall outlet.

Operating Instructions

Pop-Up Mechanism

To raise the outlet, gently press down on the top surface. The unit will automatically extend upwards. To retract, gently press down on the top surface again until it locks into its flush position.

AC Outlets

Plug your devices directly into any of the 12 AC tamper-resistant outlets. These outlets provide up to 1875W/125V/15A power output.

USB Charging Ports

Connect your USB-powered devices to the 2 USB-A or 2 USB-C ports. The USB-C ports support Power Delivery (PD) for fast charging compatible devices, including laptops, with up to 45W output on one port and 30W on the other.

Wireless Charging

Place your Qi-compatible device on the 15W wireless charging panel located on the top surface of the unit. A blue circle light will illuminate to indicate that charging has begun. When the device is fully charged, the panel automatically switches to trickle mode to protect your device's battery health.

• Cleaning: Disconnect the power before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish. The unit is splash-proof, allowing for easy wiping.
• Inspection: Periodically check the power cord for any signs of damage. Ensure all connections are secure.

Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a functional wall outlet. Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
• Wireless Charging Not Working: Verify your device is Qi-compatible and properly aligned on the charging pad. Remove any thick cases that might interfere with charging.
