5. Setup and Installation
Before beginning installation, ensure you have all necessary tools and materials. Always disconnect power at the main circuit breaker.
5.1. Package Contents

5.2. Wall Installation
There are two methods for wall installation: with adhesive or with screws.
Method A: Installation with Silicone Adhesive
- Drill a 100mm diameter hole in the wall at the desired location.
- Insert the fan unit into the hole and secure it with silicone adhesive around the edges for a firm seal.

Method B: Installation with Screws
- Gently loosen the screws on the fan's front panel to remove it.
- Mark the screw positions on the wall using the fan's base as a template.
- Drill holes at the marked positions and insert plastic wall plugs.
- Secure the fan base to the wall with screws. Reattach the front panel and tighten its screws to complete the installation.

5.3. Window Installation
- Cut a 100mm diameter hole in the glass window.
- Position the gasket around the edge of the hole in the glass.
- Insert the fan unit into the opening. For a secure installation, it is recommended to use glass adhesive.

5.4. Ceiling Installation
- If your ceiling is made of thin aluminum or plasterboard panels and cannot support the unit's weight, we recommend adding wooden reinforcement.
- Drill a 100mm diameter installation hole in the ceiling.
- Use screws to firmly attach the unit to the ceiling.
- Connect to the flexible duct with a clamp in the lower part and cover it with the panel to complete the installation.

6. Operating Instructions
The SBONNI 100mm Extractor Fan is equipped with a simple on/off switch for ease of use.

- Ensure the fan is correctly installed and securely plugged into a 230V power outlet.
- Locate the in-line on/off switch on the power cable.
- To turn the fan ON, slide the switch to the 'I' position.
- To turn the fan OFF, slide the switch to the 'O' position.
The fan will begin to extract air immediately upon activation. Its quiet operation ensures minimal disturbance.
7. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your extractor fan.
7.1. Cleaning the Fan
- Disconnect Power: Always turn off the fan and unplug it from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Remove Front Panel: Gently loosen the screws on the front panel and remove it.
- Clean Surfaces: Use a soft, damp cloth with a mild detergent to wipe down the exterior surfaces and the inside of the front panel. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Clean Fan Blades: Carefully clean the fan blades with a soft brush or cloth to remove dust and debris. Do not bend the blades.
- Dry Thoroughly: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
- Reassemble: Reattach the front panel and tighten the screws.
Note: Do not immerse the fan unit in water. Do not spray water directly onto the motor or electrical components.
8. Troubleshooting
