Charging the Device
The monitor is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery. Use the provided Type-C cable to charge the device. A charging adapter is not included. Ensure the device is fully charged before first use for optimal performance.

Operating Instructions
Wearing the Cuff
To ensure accurate measurements, proper cuff placement is crucial:
- Put the wristband on your left wrist.
- Ensure that the distance from the wristband to the bottom of the palm is approximately 1 cm.
- The adjustable cuff fits wrists ranging from 4.92 to 8.46 inches, providing a comfortable and secure fit.

Taking a Measurement
Follow these steps for a fast and precise reading:
- Sit up straight and relax.
- Keep your heart and the machine level.
- Press the "START/STOP" button. The measurement process takes approximately 35 seconds.
- The device will automatically turn off after 60 seconds of inactivity.

Understanding Readings
The large LED backlit display ensures clear readability. The device also features a voice broadcast function, ideal for individuals with poor eyesight. You can adjust the volume or turn off the sound using the SET and MEM buttons.
- SYS (Systolic Pressure): The top number, indicating the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats.
- DIA (Diastolic Pressure): The bottom number, indicating the pressure in your arteries between beats.
- PULSE: Your heart rate in beats per minute.
