2. Important Safety Information

3. Setup and Initial Charge
3.1 Assembly

3.2 Initial Battery Charge
Before the first ride, fully charge the scooter's 24V (two 12V) sealed lead-acid battery system. The initial charging time is approximately 6 hours. Always use the charger provided by Razor. Do not overcharge the battery.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Starting the Scooter
The Power Core E100 features a kick-to-start mechanism. To engage the motor, push off with your foot to gain some initial speed (approximately 3 mph), then twist the throttle to activate the motor.
4.2 Acceleration
The scooter is equipped with a twist-grip acceleration control on the right handlebar. Twist the grip gently to increase speed. Release the grip to slow down.

4.3 Braking
The scooter utilizes a front braking system. To slow down or stop, squeeze the hand brake lever located on the left handlebar. Apply the brake smoothly and gradually to maintain control.

- Look ahead and be aware of your surroundings.
- Practice starting, stopping, and turning in a safe, open area before riding in traffic or crowded spaces.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Care
- Charge the battery after every use, even if only for a short period.
- Do not store the scooter with a completely discharged battery.

- Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures (below freezing or excessive heat).
5.2 Tire Maintenance
