4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the Nexel Chrome Wire Shelving Unit is designed to be straightforward and tool-free.

1. Attach Leveling Feet: Screw the leveling feet into the bottom of each post. Ensure they are securely tightened.
2. Install Snap-on Sleeves: Locate the desired height for your first (bottom) shelf on the numbered posts. Each post has numbered grooves at 1-inch increments. Snap two halves of a sleeve together around the post at the desired groove. Repeat for all four posts at the same height.

3. Place First Shelf: Carefully lower a wire shelf over the four posts, ensuring that the corners of the shelf slide down over the snap-on sleeves. The shelf should rest firmly on the sleeves.

4. Install Remaining Shelves: Repeat step 2 and 3 for the remaining three shelves, positioning them at your desired heights.

5. Level the Unit: Once all shelves are in place, adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of each post to ensure the unit is stable and level on your floor.

5. Operating and Usage

The Nexel Chrome Wire Shelving Unit is designed for versatile storage in various environments, including garages, kitchens, offices, and retail spaces.

• Shelf Adjustment: To adjust shelf height, simply remove items from the shelf, lift the shelf off the sleeves, remove the sleeves, reposition them at the desired numbered groove on the posts, and then re-seat the shelf.
• Loading: Place heavier items on lower shelves for increased stability. Distribute weight evenly across the shelf surface.
• Expansion: If you have an Add-On Shelving Unit, use the included S-hooks to securely connect it to an existing starter unit, maximizing your storage space.
