4. Operating Instructions
Using the Spinner Wheels
Your Coolife luggage is equipped with 360-degree spinner wheels for effortless movement. You can push, pull, or glide the suitcase alongside you in any direction. For optimal performance, ensure the wheels are free from debris.
Efficient Packing
- Utilize the interior zippered division to separate items or create compartments.
- Secure your clothing using the adjustable compression straps to minimize shifting and maximize space.
- Place heavier items at the bottom (near the wheels) for better balance.
Locking and Unlocking
To lock your luggage, align the zipper pulls with the combination lock and insert them into the designated slots. Scramble the numbers to secure. To unlock, dial your personal combination and slide the release button.
5. Maintenance
Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the hardside exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Wheel and Zipper Care
- Regularly check wheels for any trapped debris (hair, lint, etc.) and remove them to maintain smooth rolling.
- For zippers, occasionally apply a silicone-based lubricant to ensure smooth operation. Avoid forcing stuck zippers.
6. Troubleshooting
TSA Lock Issues
- Lock won't open: Ensure the correct combination is dialed and the release button is fully slid. If you forgot your combination, you may need to try all 1000 combinations (000-999) or contact customer support.
- Zipper pulls won't insert: Check for any obstructions in the lock mechanism or ensure the zipper pulls are correctly aligned.
Handle or Wheel Problems
