Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your ThunderX3 XTC Ergonomic Office Chair:
- Assemble the Base: Attach each of the five legs to the star-shaped base using the provided screws and Allen key. Ensure they are securely tightened.
- Attach Wheels: Firmly press each wheel into the end of each leg until it clicks into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled base.
- Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the underside of the seat base. Ensure the adjustment levers on the armrests face outwards.
- Attach Adjustment Mechanism to Seat: Secure the main adjustment mechanism to the underside of the seat using four screws. This mechanism controls seat height and tilt.
- Attach Backrest to Seat: Connect the backrest to the seat assembly. Ensure the backrest is aligned correctly.
- Attach Headrest: Slide the headrest into the designated slot at the top of the backrest. No screws are needed for this step.
- Connect Seat Assembly to Base: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder. Ensure it is seated firmly.

Operating Instructions
Your ThunderX3 XTC chair offers multiple adjustment options for personalized comfort:
- Seat Height Adjustment: Use the lever on the right side of the seat to raise or lower the chair to your desired height.
- SYNC5 Multi-Functional Mechanism: This mechanism allows synchronous tilt of the backrest and seat. Use the main lever under the seat to engage or lock the tilt function.
- Self-Adjusting Backrest & Lumbar Support: The backrest and lumbar support automatically adapt to your movements, providing optimal spinal alignment.
- Adjustable Seat Depth: A lever allows you to slide the seat forward or backward to adjust the depth, ensuring proper leg support.
- Three-Directional Soft Armrests: Press the button on the side of the armrests to adjust their height. The armrests can also pivot inwards/outwards and slide forward/backward for customized arm and shoulder support.
- Adjustable Headrest: The headrest can be adjusted vertically and tilted to support your neck and head.
