Introduction

Setup

1. Battery Installation

This vacuum operates on the RYOBI 18V ONE+ battery system. Insert a charged 18V ONE+ battery into the battery port on top of the vacuum until it clicks securely into place.

2. Hose and Accessory Attachment

The 5-foot hose can be connected to either the suction port for vacuuming or the blower port for blowing air. Attach the desired accessory, such as the crevice tool, to the end of the hose. The integrated storage allows for convenient storage of the hose and accessories when not in use.

3. Filter Installation

The vacuum comes with a standard dry filter (A32VC05). For wet vacuuming, it is recommended to replace the dry filter with a foam filter (A32WF03) to prevent damage to the motor. Ensure the filter is properly seated before use.

4. RYOBI LINK Wall Storage (Optional)

This vacuum is compatible with RYOBI LINK Wall Storage systems (wall rails sold separately) for organized storage and easy access in your workshop or garage.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

To turn the vacuum ON, press the power button located on the top panel. To turn it OFF, press the power button again.

2. Wet and Dry Operation

This vacuum is designed for both wet and dry debris. Ensure the correct filter is installed for the type of debris being collected. Use the standard filter for dry debris and a foam filter for wet debris. Do not use the dry filter for wet applications as it can be damaged.

3. Suction and Blower Functions

For vacuuming, connect the hose to the intake port. For the blower function, connect the hose to the exhaust port. This allows the vacuum to be used for clearing debris from surfaces or inflating small items.

4. Using Accessories

The included crevice tool is ideal for reaching into narrow spaces, corners, and between seats in a vehicle. Additional accessories, such as a 2-piece wet/dry accessory kit (A323G01), are available separately for enhanced cleaning capabilities.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your vacuum.

1. Emptying the Canister

Empty the 1-gallon canister regularly, especially after vacuuming wet debris. Release the sturdy latches to separate the motor head from the canister and dispose of the collected material.

2. Filter Cleaning and Replacement

Clean the filter regularly by tapping off loose debris or rinsing if it's a washable filter (check filter type). Replace filters when they show signs of wear or reduced performance. Compatible filters include Standard Filter (A32VC05), HEPA Filter (A32RF08), and Foam Filters (A32WF03).

3. Hose and Accessory Cleaning

Periodically check the hose and accessories for blockages and clean them as needed to maintain optimal airflow.

4. General Cleaning

Wipe down the exterior of the vacuum with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
