3. Safety Information

Always adhere to the following safety guidelines to prevent injury or damage to the tool:

  • Read the Manual: Familiarize yourself with all instructions and warnings before operation.
  • Safety Switches: The staple gun is equipped with three safety switches: a Power on/off button, a contact striker, and an activate trigger. Ensure all are engaged correctly for safe operation. The LED indicator light will turn green when ready to fire.
  • Do Not Use While Charging: Never operate the staple gun while it is connected to the charger.
  • Power Off When Not in Use: Always turn the power switch to the "0" position when the tool is not in active use or when loading/unloading fasteners.
  • Eye Protection: Always wear appropriate eye protection when operating the staple gun.
  • Keep Hands Clear: Keep hands and body parts away from the firing area and the fastener exit point.
  • Proper Fasteners: Use only compatible staples and nails as specified in this manual.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Battery

The BIELMEIER Electric Staple Gun is powered by a 2,000mAh lithium-ion battery. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides enough power for up to 1,200 shots.

  1. Locate the USB Type-C charging port at the back of the staple gun.
  2. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port and a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer, power bank).
  3. The LED indicator light will blink during charging. It will turn solid green when the battery is fully charged.
  4. Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.

4.2 Loading Staples and Nails

This staple gun is compatible with T50/T20 staples (1/4" - 9/16"), T25 staples (3/8" - 9/16"), and 19/32" pin/brad nails. The magazine capacity is up to 85 fasteners.

  1. Ensure the power switch is in the "0" (off) position.
  2. Locate the magazine latch at the bottom of the tool. Press the latch to release and slide out the magazine.
  3. Place the staples or nails into the magazine with the sharp edges pointing upwards. Ensure they are properly seated.
  4. Slide the magazine back into the tool until it clicks securely into position.

5. Operation

5.1 Firing Fasteners

The staple gun can fire up to 60 nails per minute.

  1. Turn the power switch to the "I" (on) position.
  2. Place the contact striker firmly against the workpiece surface where you intend to fasten. The LED indicator light will turn green, indicating it is ready to fire.
  3. Squeeze the trigger to drive the staple or nail into the material.
  4. Release the trigger and lift the tool from the workpiece.

Note: The safety contact striker must be fully depressed against the surface for the tool to fire. This prevents accidental discharge.

5.2 Monitoring Fastener Levels

The staple gun features a magazine window, allowing you to monitor the remaining fastener levels. This helps prevent dry firing and ensures you reload before running out during a task.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your BIELMEIER Electric Staple Gun:

  • Cleaning: Keep the tool clean and free of dust and debris. Use a dry cloth to wipe down the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Fastener Path: Periodically check the fastener path for any obstructions or bent fasteners. Clear any blockages carefully with the power off.
  • Storage: Store the staple gun in a cool, dry place when not in use. Ensure the battery is partially charged (not fully depleted or fully charged for long-term storage) to prolong battery life.
  • Battery Care: Avoid extreme temperatures. Do not expose the battery to water or fire.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your staple gun, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
