4. Setup
4.1 Assembly
The Sandoo SC1050 Steam Mop requires minimal assembly. Simply connect the handle rod to the main body and then attach the mop head until they click securely into place.
4.2 Filling the Water Tank
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Open the water tank cap.
- Using the provided measuring cup, carefully fill the 300ml water tank with distilled or demineralized water. Do not overfill.

Align the microfiber mop pad with the mop head and press firmly to attach it using the hook-and-loop fasteners. For carpet cleaning, first attach a white pad, then place the carpet glider over the mop head and pad.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On and Steam Adjustment
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the power button to turn on the appliance. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Allow 15-18 seconds for the steam mop to heat up.
- Rotate the steam adjustment dial to select the desired steam level (Min to Max).
5.2 Using on Various Floor Types
- Hard Floors (Hardwood, Laminate, Tile, Marble, Vinyl): Move the steam mop slowly and steadily across the floor. The hot steam will clean and sanitize the surface.
- Carpets: Attach the white pad and the carpet glider. Move the steam mop over the carpet to refresh and sanitize. Note that the carpet glider is specifically for carpets/blankets.
5.3 Converting to Handheld Steam Cleaner
The steam mop can be easily converted into a handheld steam cleaner for targeted cleaning:
- Press the button down to remove the mop head from the main body.
- Connect the accessory adaptor (direct nozzle) to the main body.
- Attach any desired nozzle accessory (e.g., flat brush, round brush, scraping tool) to the adaptor.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
6.1 Cleaning Mop Pads
The included microfiber mop pads are washable and reusable. After each use, remove the pad from the mop head and wash it by hand or machine wash with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Air dry the pads completely before reattaching.

6.2 Draining Water Tank and Storage
