  • Ventilation: Ensure the monitor's ventilation openings are not blocked to prevent overheating.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the monitor in a cool, dry place, ideally in its original packaging.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your monitor, refer to the following common solutions:

  • No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the monitor and a working power outlet. Check if the power adapter is functioning correctly.
  • No Signal: Verify that the video cable (DP or HDMI) is correctly connected to both the monitor and your computer/device. Ensure the correct input source is selected in the monitor's OSD menu.
  • Flickering/Distorted Image: Check the video cable for damage. Try a different cable or input port. Ensure your graphics card drivers are up to date. Adjust the refresh rate in your computer's display settings.
  • Incorrect Resolution/Refresh Rate: Adjust the display settings in your operating system to the recommended resolution (2560x1440) and desired refresh rate (240Hz or 260Hz).
  • Dead Pixels: While rare, a few dead or stuck pixels are within industry standards. If you notice a significant number, contact customer support.
