Setup and Installation

Important: Ensure power is OFF at the main circuit breaker before beginning installation. Installation should be carried out by a qualified professional.

1. Prepare the Mounting Location

• Verify that the ceiling structure can support the fan's weight (approximately 3.1 kg).
• Ensure there is adequate clearance from walls and other obstructions for the fan blades (1200 mm sweep).

2. Assemble the Down Rod and Motor

• Insert the down rod through the canopy and motor housing.
• Secure the down rod to the motor with the provided pin and cotter pin.
• Attach the shackle assembly to the down rod.

3. Mount the Fan to the Ceiling

• Securely attach the shackle assembly to the ceiling hook or mounting bracket.
• Connect the safety wire from the fan to a secure point on the ceiling structure.
• Perform electrical wiring connections as per the wiring diagram provided in the separate installation instructions for safety wire.

4. Attach the Fan Blades

• Carefully attach each fan blade to the motor housing using the provided screws. Ensure they are tightened securely.

Operating Instructions

Your Zeno BLDC fan comes with a remote control for convenient operation. Insert the two AAA batteries into the remote control before use.

• Power ON/OFF: Press the ON button to turn the fan on, and the OFF button to turn it off.
• Speed Control: Use the numbered buttons (1-5) to select your desired fan speed. Speed 1 is the lowest, and Speed 5 is the highest.
• Timer Function: Press the TIMER button to set the fan to automatically turn off after 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours.
• Boost Mode: Press the BOOST button to instantly set the fan to its maximum speed for powerful airflow.
• LED Light (if applicable): Press the LED button to control any integrated LED light.

The fan can be operated from anywhere within 15 feet using the remote control.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your fan.

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the fan blades and motor housing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the fan is completely dry before operating.
