Setup

1. Battery Installation

1. Open the battery cover located on the underside of the scale.
2. Insert 2 AAA batteries (included) into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity as indicated in the slot.
3. Close the battery cover securely.

2. Initial Placement

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

• To turn on the scale, press the ON/OFF button. The LCD display will light up and show "0.00g".
• To turn off the scale, press and hold the ON/OFF button for a few seconds. The scale also features an intelligent auto-off function after 180 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life.

2. Unit Conversion

The Fuzion Digital Pocket Scale supports 6 different weighing units:

3. Tare Function

The tare function allows you to zero out the weight of a container, so you can measure only the contents.

1. Place an empty container on the weighing platform. The display will show the container's weight.
2. Press the TARE button. The display will reset to "0.00g".
3. Add the items you wish to weigh into the container. The display will now show only the net weight of the items.

4. Weighing Items

• Ensure the scale is on a flat, stable surface and powered on.
• If using a container, perform the tare function as described above.

Calibration

Your Fuzion Digital Pocket Scale comes pre-calibrated, but periodic recalibration is recommended to maintain accuracy, especially if the scale is moved frequently or experiences significant temperature changes. A 50g calibration weight is included for this purpose.

1. Ensure the scale is on a stable, flat surface and turned off.
2. Press and hold the MODE button, then press the ON/OFF button simultaneously. Release both buttons when the display shows "CAL".
3. The display will then show the required calibration weight (e.g., "50.00g").
4. Place the included 50g calibration weight precisely in the center of the weighing platform.
5. Wait for the display to show "PASS". This indicates successful calibration.
6. Remove the calibration weight. The scale will return to normal weighing mode.

Important: If "FAIL" is displayed, repeat the calibration process. Ensure no vibrations or air currents disturb the scale during calibration.
