Refer to the detailed instructions in the separate HDD installation guide if provided, or consult the ANNKE support website.
- Connect to Monitor: Connect the DVR to a monitor using the provided HDMI cable. Ensure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input.
- Connect to Network: Use the provided Ethernet cable to connect the DVR's LAN port to your router or network switch. This is essential for remote access and online features.

2. Camera Installation
- Mount Cameras: Choose suitable locations for your cameras, ensuring they have a clear field of view and are within range of the BNC cables. Use the provided screw kits to securely mount each camera. The cameras are IP67 weatherproof, suitable for outdoor use.
- Connect BNC Cables: Connect one end of a BNC cable to the video output of each camera and the other end to a corresponding video input port on the DVR.
- Power Cameras: Use the power adapters and 1-to-4 splitter cables to provide power to the cameras. Connect the camera power input to the splitter cable, and the splitter cable to the power adapter, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.

Operating Instructions
1. Smart Dual-Light Night Vision
Your cameras feature Smart Dual-Light technology, offering three night vision modes:
- Smart Mode (Default): Provides black and white night vision. When a human or vehicle is detected, the camera's white light activates, turning the image to full color for better detail.
- White Light Mode: The camera's white light remains on continuously at night, providing full-color night vision.
- IR Night Vision: Traditional infrared night vision, providing clear black and white images in low light without activating the white light.
You can switch between these modes via the DVR interface or the ANNKE Vision App. The cameras offer up to 25m IR distance and 20m white light distance.

2. Intelligent Motion Detection (Human/Vehicle Detection)
The DVR utilizes deep learning-based Motion Detection 2.0, capable of classifying human and vehicle targets. This significantly reduces false alarms triggered by animals, rain, or swaying branches.
- Alerts: Configure the system to send app push notifications, email alerts, or trigger a buzzer when human or vehicle motion is detected.
- Area Configuration: Define specific motion detection zones and sensitivity levels for each camera through the DVR settings.

3. Video Resolution and Compression
The system supports 3K (2960 x 1665) resolution for crystal-clear imaging, capturing fine details without distortion. The DVR utilizes H.265+ video compression technology, which significantly reduces file sizes compared to H.264, saving up to 80% of storage space while maintaining video quality. This allows for longer recording times on your hard drive.

4. Smart Playback
The smart playback feature allows you to quickly locate essential events by object or event type, saving time when reviewing footage. The DVR supports quick search functions to pinpoint specific incidents.
