83.34" - 3.38"

Note: As the material and thickness of the transfer are different, the set temperature and time should also be different. Please take a sample to test for a great temperature, time, and pressure first to avoid mistakes and loss in subsequent mass production.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Ensure the machine is unplugged and cooled before cleaning. Wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Fuse Replacement: If the machine loses power, check the fuse located on the side panel. Replace with one of the provided spare fuses if necessary.
  • Heating Element: The heating element is designed for durability with 3 layers of thickened silicone protection. If replacement is ever needed, consult EENOUR customer support.

Troubleshooting

  • Uneven Press/Ghosting: Ensure the pressure setting is appropriate for the diameter of your item. The machine supports pressure value settings for cups in the diameter range of 2.75-3.45 inches. A stable and suitable pressure is crucial for even sublimation results.
  • Machine Not Heating: Check the power connection and the fuse. If the fuse is blown, replace it.
  • Paper Not Tight Enough: Ensure the sublimation paper is tightly wrapped around the tumbler/mug and secured with heat tape to prevent gaps or shifting during pressing.
