4. Setup
Before using your air fryer for the first time, follow these steps:
- Unpack: Remove all packaging materials and promotional labels.
- Clean: Wash the baskets and crisper plates with hot, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space around the back and sides, and above the appliance for proper ventilation.

5.1 Control Panel Overview

5.2 Basic Operation

5.5 Dual Zone Functions (Sync & Match)
The Linsar Dual Zone Air Fryer allows you to cook two different foods simultaneously with different settings, or the same food with identical settings.
- SYNC Function: This feature ensures that two different foods, set with different cooking times and temperatures, finish cooking at the same time. Set Basket 1, then set Basket 2. Press the 'SYNC' button, then Start/Pause. The air fryer will automatically adjust the cooking start times for each basket to synchronize their finish.
- MATCH Function: This feature copies the settings from one basket to the other. Set Basket 1 (or Basket 2), then press the 'MATCH' button. The settings will be duplicated to the other basket. Press Start/Pause to begin cooking both baskets with identical settings.
5.6 Cooking Tips
- Shake or flip food halfway through cooking for even browning, especially for smaller items like fries or nuggets.
- For crispier results, lightly spray food with oil.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure meat and poultry are cooked to safe internal temperatures.
- The air fryer heats up quickly (2-3 minutes), reducing overall cooking time compared to conventional ovens.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

6.1 Daily Cleaning
