Maintenance

  • Keep the hub away from water, fire, and corrosive liquids.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the hub to strong impacts.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the hub yourself. Contact support if issues arise.
  • Clean the hub with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Store the hub in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting

No display output via HDMI:
Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. Try a different HDMI cable or monitor. Check your laptop's display settings to ensure the external display is detected and configured correctly.
Devices connected to USB ports are not recognized:
Ensure the hub is securely connected to your laptop. Try connecting the device directly to your laptop to verify it works. Some high-power USB devices may require external power or a direct connection if the hub's power supply is insufficient. Reconnect the hub and the USB device.
Slow data transfer speeds:
Ensure you are using the USB 3.0 port for high-speed devices. Verify that the connected device itself supports USB 3.0 speeds. External factors like hard drive health or system load can also affect speeds.
Laptop is not charging via PD port:
Ensure your laptop's original USB-C power adapter is connected to the hub's PD port. Verify that your laptop supports USB-C Power Delivery. Check if the power adapter is functioning correctly. The PD port is for power input only; it does not transfer data.
SD/TF card not detected:
Ensure the card is fully inserted into the correct slot. Try a different card to rule out card issues. Check your computer's file explorer or disk management for the card.
